Can be used daily after Shampoo or Conditioner. In this case, apply to damp hair, massage for 2 minutes, and rinse well.
To use as a hair mask, apply a good amount to damp hair, avoiding contact with the scalp and massaging to the ends. Put on the thermal or laminated cap and wait (maximum of 15 minutes).
Rinse well and dry as usual.
