We care a lot about your satisfaction and that's why we want to make the rules clear.
Know that, for any withdrawal, defect or non-compliance, you have every right to exchange or return it. But for this it is important that you be aware that we do not exchange if the product has been tampered with (no plastic, used, broken or dented).
Return or Exchange process
Step 1:It has 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the receipt of the order to carry out the exchange or return, after this period it does not have right to change.
Step 2: The customer must inform Ichiban Perfumes & Cosmeticos via e-mail email@example.com or telephone 080-3316-8120, mentioning why they wish to exchange or return it.
Step 3:The process of devolution will start after we receive and check the product's condition.
Step 4:If the product has conditions for exchange or return, the Ichiban Perfumes & Cosmetics will send the customer a new product within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of arrival of the claimed product, assuming the shipping costs.
Step 5: Shipping costs, exchanges or returns of products without confirmation of defects are the responsibility of the customer.
The exchange requested due to manufacturing defect or damage occurred in transport will be the responsibility of the Ichiban Perfumes & Cosmetics
We will not be able to exchange or return the products outside the conditions mentioned above.
We are not responsible for your olfactory satisfaction with the product, therefore, make sure you are sure what you are receiving before removing the plastic from the product.
