We care a lot about your satisfaction and therefore want to make the rules clear.

Know that, due to any withdrawal, defect, or non-compliance, you have every right to exchange or return it. But for that, it is important that you are aware that we do not make exchanges if the product has been tampered with (without plastic, used, broken, or dented).

Return or Exchange Process

Step 1:You have 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the receipt of the order to make the exchange or return, after this period you do not have the right to exchange.

Step 2: The customer must inform Ichiban Perfumes & Cosmeticos via email info@1banpresents.jp or by phone 080-3316-8120, mentioning why they want to exchange or return.

Step 3:The return process will begin after we receive and verify the product's conditions.

Step 4:If the product meets the conditions for exchange or return, Ichiban Perfumes & Cosmeticos will send the customer a new product within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of arrival of the claimed product, assuming the shipping costs.

Step 5: Shipping expenses for exchanges or returns of products without defect confirmation are the customer's responsibility.

The exchange requested due to manufacturing defect or damage during transport will be the responsibility of Ichiban Perfumes & Cosmeticos

We will not be able to make exchanges or returns of products outside the conditions mentioned above.

We are not responsible for your olfactory satisfaction regarding the product, so, make sure of what you are receiving before removing the product's plastic.
