L'INTERDIT by Givenchy is a Woody Floral Eau de Parfum composition launched in 2018 and created by perfumers Dominique Ropion, Anne Flipo, and Fanny Bal.

One of the Maison Givenchy's first creations was L'Interdit, in 1957 this fragrance was created for the actress and brand muse Audrey Hepburn. In 2018, its modern version was created, based on the contrast between a lush bouquet of white flowers and intense woody and earthy notes. A touch of white flowers, along with intense notes that release a bold light flirting with darkness. The first decidedly clandestine and underground flower with which to discover the exaltation of the forbidden.

White notes such as orange blossom, jasmine, and tuberose are mixed with the more intense and mysterious notes, like vetiver or patchouli.
