REFUND POLICY We are very concerned about your satisfaction and that is why we want to make the rules clear. Know that, for any withdrawal, defect or non-compliance, you have every right to exchange or return it. But for this it is important to be aware that we do not make the exchange if the product has been violated. The refund process for withdrawal or defect of the product will only start after receiving and checking its conditions. We are not responsible for your olfactory satisfaction in relation to the product, so make sure you know what you are getting and we will be available for any clarification on it. This policy extends to all products available in our store. • All of our customers have 7 (seven) days from the receipt of the product to make the exchange or return. To authorize the exchange or return, the customer must inform the Ichiban Perfumes via email or by phone, mentioning why you want to exchange or return. Our attendants will analyze your request and review the procedures for making the exchange or return. We will not be able to exchange or return products outside the conditions mentioned above. • Time limits for exchanges and returns If the product has conditions for exchange or return, the Ichiban Perfumes will send the customer a new product within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of arrival of the claimed product. • Shipping costs Exchanges or returns within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products without confirmation of defects are the responsibility of the consumer. The exchange requested for manufacturing defect or damage occurred during transportation will be the responsibility of Ichiban Perfumes.
